As part of its efforts to strengthen its regional presence and expand its international partnerships, Awj for Financial & Arbitration Services signed a partnership and cooperation agreement with the International Academy for Finance and Arbitration in the Republic of Tunisia. The agreement aims to develop and implement specialized training and consulting programs in the fields of finance, arbitration, Islamic economics, and human development.
The agreement was signed on Friday, October 24, 2025. The International Academy for Finance and Arbitration was represented by Dr. Hanan Ali Saadeh, Founder, Owner, and Director General, while Awj was represented by Dr. Fadi Mahmoud Husni Abu Diak, Founder, Owner, and Director General. This step reflects both parties’ commitment to building a sustainable professional partnership that serves individuals and institutions in Palestine, Tunisia, and the wider Arab region.
The agreement aims to implement joint training programs, including specialized courses, conferences, seminars, workshops, and professional simulation programs. It also provides for the exchange of academic and practical expertise, as well as the preparation of studies and consultancy services, in line with the rapid developments in Islamic finance, financial arbitration, business administration, and human resources.
The agreement further stipulates the issuance of jointly accredited certificates for participants in the training programs, duly signed and stamped by both parties. This enhances the professional and academic value of the programs and supports the development of Arab competencies in accordance with modern professional standards and well-established Sharia principles.
Awj emphasized that this agreement aligns with its vision to become a leading reference in Palestine in the fields of financial and Sharia advisory services, Sharia auditing, financial arbitration, and capacity building, through strategic local and international partnerships and contemporary financial solutions based on modernity, digital transformation, and Sharia compliance, under its enduring slogan:
“Halal and Peace of Mind.”
For its part, the International Academy for Finance and Arbitration expressed its pride in this partnership with Awj, affirming that cooperation with a specialized Palestinian institution represents a qualitative addition to its training programs and strengthens its mission to serve human and professional development at both the Arab and international levels.
This agreement shall remain in force for one calendar year and shall be automatically renewable, opening broad horizons for launching high-quality joint programs in the coming phase and expanding the circle of beneficiaries among students, researchers, professionals, and institutions across various relevant sectors.
